The uu44 authority may at any time request a valid government-issued identity document (such as a national ID card or passport) for identity verification. Failure to verify will result in immediate account suspension and funds may be frozen.

5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being cancelled.
- If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program
The uu44 VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.
You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. VIP benefits are subject to change at any time at the discretion of uu44.
Fair Play Policy and Security
